Details

It would be fine to be able to open a URL from the Personal Toolbar directly in
a new navigator window. I see several ways to achieve that:

1 - middle click mouse
2 - keeping <Shift> button pressed
3 - dropdown menu item
I'm sure there are other ways too ..
Please try to keep bug reports to one issue only.  Each suggestion is a
different bug.  I can only dupe to one, so I am duping to bug 59132 - the middle
click case and your first suggestion.  See also bug 78028.
