Due to datastore availability, FTE app doesn't need to be part of Comms app anymore so let's split them up

@Gregor, we know that FTU falls under system frontend work,but will be easier if someone used to both contacts and ftu works on it, so far there are some resources (specially FB) that will need to be shared for both apps to work correctly. Cheers!
