Can you provide an example URL where this happens?

It doesn't look like a dup: in that bug you have to take the explicit "block" action. In this bug ctp is the default but we're showing the infobar but maybe shouldn't.

I can't reproduce this: my steps:
* Make sure youtube is in its default mode to use Flash (no HTML5 optin)
* make sure Flash is marked as click-to-activate
* Load http://www.youtube.com/youtube
I see a Flash placeholder on the page and no notification bar.

And if I opt in to HTML5 youtube then I don't get any Flash at all...

I can't reproduce on FF 27b1, Win 7 x64.
Please check on a clean profile:

I'm testing with Nightly, but I don't know of any changes between ff27 and nightly that would affect this.

I was able to reproduce this issue on FF 27 beta 2 (de/en builds) and latest Aurora 28.0a2.
Using latest Nightly 29.0a1 the notification bar appears, the area where the video should auto-play is grey and if I click on it the placeholder appears (http://goo.gl/e8jFnC).
