Description:
Device enters into a black screen with the camera icon at the bottom when selecting the camera from the lockscreen with a passcode lock enabled.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri BuildID: 20131213004002
2) Select Settings > Screen lock > Passcode lock and enter a passcode
3) Tap the power button to lock the phone
4) Tap the power button again to unlock the screen. 
5) Select the camera icon

Actual:
There is a black screen with the camera icon.

Expected:
The camera app opens and the user can take pictures or record videos.
