950723 - kill firefox-release-stub bouncer entry

I noticed that this exists, and got replaced with the plain "firefox-stub" in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=874982#c5. We need to adjust our bouncer checking scripts + kill the entry.

As for deploy, that's covered in check_bouncer.rst. :rail might know if this is in puppet now (it wasn't at first)

Looks like https://mxr.mozilla.org/build-central/source/puppet/modules/bouncer_check/manifests/init.pp exists...it seems like I need to build a new version of nagios-tools.

To deploy it:
* generate a new tarball 
* upload it to /data/python/packages/ on releng-puppet2.srv.releng.scl3.mozilla.com
* as root run puppetmaster-fixperms
* wait 1-2 hrs or force sync by running puppetmaster-sync on all masters manually
* deploy this patch
* ???
* PROFIT

I already did all of this.

Landed on default and merged to production.

This landed and active on bm81. I killed the firefox-release-stub bouncer entry from production bouncer.
