If sidebar is disabled after page was loaded, drop-down list assosciated with
combo-box appear in wrong place.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable sidebar
2. Go to
http://www.ectaco.com/online/diction.php3?lang=7&q=Objecw&word=trap&direction=1
3. Disable sidebar
4. there is combo-box ,,Select language'' on the left. Click on it. List of
possible selections will apear in wrong place (as if sidebar was still enabled).
yeah, I see this (2001081009/Linux). After sidebar is disabled, dropdown box is
still displayed in former position even though page has shifted to fill screen
real estate freed by sidebar.
