User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131216030202 Steps to reproduce: Tested on 2013-12-16 using latest nightly on a Surface Pro 2. While trying to confirm bug 950468 I noticed that my pinned tabs would not appear when going from desktop to Win8 touch mode and back. Steps: 1. Load https://mail.mozilla.com/ and pin the tab 2. Load gmail.com and pin the tab 3. Open another tab, such as a bug in bugzilla (don't make it a pin tab). 4. While in step 3, go to the control button in Nightly and go to Windows 8 Touch mode (Notice the browser formerly and unofficially known as Metro loading your tabs) 5. Swipe up and opt to "relaunch in desktop" Actual results: Expected: My desktop session with the two pinned tabs and normal tab come back. Expected results: Actual: My pinned tabs disappear and only the normal tab loads.

Hi Juan, are you still able to reproduce this? I think maybe bug 951725 which landed after this bug was filed might have fixed the issue.

I'm no longer able to reproduce this with the steps in comment #0. I can go between desktop and touch mode having pinned tabs, and they persist. I think we can close this bug.

Verified as fixed with the latest Nightly, for iteration #22, on both a Surface pro 2 8.1 64-bit and a Dell XPS 12 ultrabook Windows 8 64-bit.
