The following contextual menu (right mouse button) items do nothing:

1. Open in New Window
2. Edit Link in Composer
3. View Page Info
4. File Bookmark for Link...
5. Save As...
6. Save Link As...
7. Properties

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Right-click on a valid web link and select any of the listed menu items. Observe
that nothing happens.

Actual Results:  No action when select contextual menu item listed above.

Expected Results:  Action appropriate to menu item expected, such as opening of
link URL in new window for menu item 'Open in New Window.'

I'm running on NT 4 sp6 on a PIII 333Mhz with 192MB RAM, no Turbo Mode, 256 colors.
