On Dec 15 we experienced a 150ms cold load time regression. This is easiest to see on the inari graph because there are other, unrelated regressions on the hamachi in this time frame: https://datazilla.mozilla.org/b2g/?branch=master&device=inari&range=7 There were no gecko changes, so this was caused by a gaia change. Here is the range: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/compare/0e280be0cddd...97e9035e987ef4c It looks like the main settings changes in this range were due to bug 947339 and bug 948856.
This was due to bug 948856 which has been backed out pending a better long term solution.
