Description:
If the user keeps zooming in while in the list view of gallery, the phone will restart.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131216140918
2)  Turn on APZ in developer settings. 
3)  Tap on the "Gallery" icon.
4)  Use the pinch to zoom gesture while in the gallery list view and keep zooming in as far as possible. 

Actual:
The phone will restart if the user zooms all the way in while in the list view of the gallery.

Expected:
The phone does not restart when the user zooms all the way in list view of gallery or the user cannot zoom in at all in the list view of gallery.

This issue does not occur without APZ turned on so it does not happen on the Buri v 1.2.0 Mozilla RiL

The user cannot use the zoom feature on the list view of gallery so the restart does not occur.

There is something weird. You should not be able to pinch-to-zoom the gallery view. Have you updated Gaia as well as Gecko ?

I'm pretty sure there is something wrong in the build there. It should not be possible to zoom in the gallery.
