[APZ] Can't scroll in content when trying to compose an email with more than 6 lines of text.

Description:



Steps to Reproduce:

1. flash APZ build and turn APZ on and reboot
2. launch email
3. set up email
4. compose an email w/ more than 6 lines of text
5. try to scroll in the content

Expected Results: you can scroll in the content and it would have a different scroll than the main scroll

Actual Results: you cannot scroll.
