Edit mode has been refresed, the only thing we need to do in this patch is adding role="region" to get the new styles applied in: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=986055

After pulling https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/17443 and https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/17447, the Call Log edit mode header and footer is the visual refreshed one :-)
