Adding the thisdoesnotexist.png icon URL to the notification in the test case, an icon appears along with the notification.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131216004002
2) Open the web browser and go to http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/index.html
3) Select the 'thisdoesnotexist.png' icon from the Icon list
4) Select 'Show Notification'
5) Observe there is an icon when the notification shows

Actual:
There is an icon when the notification shows.

Expected:
There is no icon when the notification shows.
