1. Flash above build.
2. Copy some MP4 & 3GP on flatfish.
3. Open "Video".
4. <ISSUE> Video crashes.

We test it with a file with the following codec information, but not work:

3gp files should be created by built-in Camera app.

This bug blocks almost all development work of the codec.

Attachment: Video application crash log

The crash is caused by OMXMaster died. The death of OMXMaster may be related to the following messages:
E/OMXCodec( 1787): [OMX.allwinner.video.decoder.avc] called start in the unexpected state: 4
