Description

On my surface pro 2, Fx 29 nightly (12-20 build).

Go to www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkGeOWYOFoA)
Once the video has buffered, I try to move the video position slider to the right to jump forward.

Actual result: it just jumps back to the beginning of the video, no matter where I touch.

Note: this works-ish on desktop. It's laggy, but does jump forward.
blocking for now for investigation - is this our bug or a youtube touch problem.

Thought this might have been fixed by Bug 957490 or Bug 945438, but not. I'll see what I can see.

Hey Sam, Ally is investigating this in Bug 957008. If you have a solution in mind to implement right away then I can remove Bug 957008. Let me know.

No solution yet. I had thought it was fixed by an earlier commit, but had misread the symptoms.
