Context - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=952220#c8 On FxOS, most of our testers use production builds from https://pvtbuilds.mozilla.org/pvt/mozilla.org/b2gotoro/nightly/ for daily testing. However, for diagnosing WebRTC bugs, we often need NSPR logs running in a debug build when reproducing a target bug. To do this from QA side, we'll have to manually generate a debug build for a target device, which will have significant overhead & be limited to the couple of people that have build environments setup. A suggestion I have is that we try to figure out a way to enable a lot of WebRTC NSPR logs on production builds on FxOS to allow for better turnaround time on diagnosis of WebRTC bugs.

Logging is now in the opt builds so this should no longer be needed.
