95509 - Send prgss dlg persists when qutting with 'X'in compose window

Build: 2001-08-13-06 linux and mac

While send is in progress and clicking on 'x'prompts a dlg Text: "Mail is 
currently in the process of sending a message. Would you like to 
wait until the message has been sent before quitting or quit now?"
Buttons - "Quit"  "Wait". When you click quit the send progress dlg is left 
behind and we close the compose window, mail, and the navigator window. But 
leaving this dlg behind we really have not quit the application completely.
Noticed this problem while testing bug 66647.  
For Mac click on the small square box on the left hand side of the compose 
window to see the problem.

Expected: We close all the windows and really quit the application.

Looks like we need to call abort or close manually the dialog. cc'ing varada in
case he has some time spare to look at it...

build: 2001-12-14-06 linux, mac os x. When I quit on the dialog the send 
progress closes. 
I did not see this problem.  Marking worksforme.
