It looks like the only thing preventing the gmake Windows build from working is the patch from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=775939 so I pushed as http://hg.instantbird.org/instantbird/rev/e581333e3650 a patch backing out this change.

Hopefully we will get Windows nightlies tomorrow (a build started by hand in the VM worked), but I'm afraid that only buys us a few weeks, and we will have similar problems with the moz25 update. We really need to get pymake working.
