95652 - mac ibench regressed ~114sec between 7/24 and 8/15

Something is fishy here...  We've regressed a ton on the mac, but linux and
windows are basically unchanged. 

There is no data between 7/24 and 8/15, so we also don't know exactly which day
regression started.  We need to figure that out, so we can look at the check-in
logs and figure out the cause.

Mac's ibench score settled in the range of 780~800 sec since late June, around 6/22.

this is probably me.  probably related to my slowing down mac image tiling... :) 
 there is a bug on this...  i'll find it

jrgm is going to figure out which build started the regression today.

pavlov, do you have any confirmation that this slow down is cause by yor imaging
tilting?

Screw it. That Mac isn't capable of running the old builds any faster. 
Something is wrong with the Mac, and I don't believe its old baseline is
valid anymore.

(This doesn't mean that there isn't an issue with tiling (the other Mac 
page-laoding test is also up, and I believe that one). bug 86694 can live
on without this one).
