Improve ScrollGraph to track graphics issues and integrate the data into Datazilla. Open issues: 1) Sometimes doesn't track all the layers. 2) Track frame present time 3) Track layer position 4) Track layer checkboard metrics. 5) Track the data in datazilla

Due to the Frame Uniformity tool able to track layer uniformity and the profiler now having the ability to track composite uniformity, we no longer need scroll graph. Closing this bug. We should actually remove scrollgraph.
