Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.3+) Gecko/20010815 BuildID: 2001081504 When using the URL bar, there is an offset between the mouse pointer and the drag box. The offset is about 20 pixels. That means the drag box always wants to be about 20 pixels abowe the mouse pointer. Have tested both 0.9.3 and 20010815 nightly build on Windows 2000. This bug is similar to bug 80315, but not the same. To reproduce this bug - make sure there are lots of URL:s in the autocomplete feature. bugzilla.mozilla.org will probably give you a lot of URL:s. If you have to few URL:s you will not see the problem clearly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Make sure there are lots of autocomplete URL:s 2.Activate autocomplete, for example by typing b.u.g (as in bugzilla) 3.Now the drop down-menu is shown with a long list of URL:s. 4.Drag the "drag box" with your mouse. Actual Results: The "drag box" is dragged, but with a 20 pixel vertical offset between the mouse pointer and the drag box. Expected Results: Drag the drag box without any offset. The drag box should be right under the mouse pointer.
confirming the bug. by the way it shows in both autocomplete list box and recent URLs list box. Old Summary: Offset between mouse pointer and drag box in URL bar New Summary: Offset between mouse pointer and thumb in URL bar There's probably a dupe of this?
