960064 - Port Firefox VPAT files to bedrock or archive them

There are three pages on the PHP/SVN website that need to be ported to Bedrock or archived (or just removed, but I presume they should live on in some form).

The pages are Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) documents for Firefox 1.5, Firefox 2, and Firefox 3.

There does not appear to be any VPAT pages for any more recent versions of Firefox. Bug 660151 was filed for Firefox 4, but never addressed. There is also an unanswered support question inquiring about VPAT for more recent versions of firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/929932

We can either:
1. Remove these pages completely
2. Move the pages to website-archive.mozilla.org and add redirects, or
3. Port the pages to Bedrock and add redirects.

As the pages are just static HTML and for no-longer supported versions of Firefox, I would propose option #2 (archiving with redirects).

Option 2 sounds fine. We still plan to have an updated 'live' vpat but it likely won't be soon :(

As per Bug 639971, VPAT for Firefox 4+ has not been written but will be live on Bedrock.
