Screenshot of home button hovered on an unfocused window
They don't have hover styling on focused windows (to fit with the OS) so I don't think the hover styling on focused windows is desired but I could be wrong.

This fixes it for me, but it looks like Stephen specified this behavior in bug 679708. Stephen, does the design in that bug still apply?

Interesting. I guess I didn't notice it before Australis and it seemed wrong to me so I assumed it was an Australis regression. If Stephen still wants this, feel free to mark this as INVALID.

I guess Textual and Finder only on some buttons (non-conjoined) so this is still platform convention.
