(Whiteboard: "4MOT/1/40000002: Master -0" error)

This slave was re-imaged awhile ago, but it seems to have some issues. Eg, I can't log into it: ➜ buildbot-configs ssh cltbld@talos-r3-fed64-058 ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
colo-trip: --- → scl1
Diagnostics came back with "4MOT/1/40000002: Master -0" error. This is the same error as [Bug 937313 - please run hardware diagnostics on and reimage talos-r3-fed-057] Scouting online forums suggest that it is a motherboard issue. Should we decomm?
