Don't offer to remember my password when I'm setting up FxA+sync

When I go to set up FxA-enabled sync, and type in my password on the about:accounts page, I get a little doorhanger saying "Would you like to remember this password" and "You can access your passwords across devices with Sync". That's pretty confusing and probably not necessary at this point, as I assume it will remember the necessary derived keys automatically. Even if we can just remove the upsell to sync here, I think it would help keep the process nice and streamlined.

Yes. Thank you. I really hate this part of Firefox, generally, but we should decide how we want this for FxA, since this did not come up for the old sync account flow...
