961066 - [curated groups][add group] Allow a user to join preexisting groups

/group_add/ allows user to create new groups however when a group is already in existence the user isn't offered the ability to join it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. goto mozillian.allizom.org/group_add/
2. create a group that already exisits (qa, duck watchers, etc)

Expected:
The UI let's the user know that groups already exists and offers to let them join it or create a group of a different name.

Actual:
The UI displays an error message, "Group with this Name already exists." but does not offer the ability to join that group. To join the preexisting group the user must navigate away from the screen.

An additional suggestion; return a list of results of similar groups. For example if a user types "intern" groups similar to that are given as options to join.

Wray, can you suggest a way to show a user that a group already exists? An appropriate message and a link to the group would be great. The idea in comment 2 to show similar groups is also elegant.

Apart from showing users that they have selected a name for a group that has already been taken, we may want to also show search results using that title. Stackoverflow does this to reduce the number of duplicates, and it works pretty well.

I've sketched out a concept here that would probably add a lot more work... And also raises some questions about how easy/complex we want to make this step in actuality.

But if we were to make a layout that mimicked the stackoverflow behavior, this is what I think it would look like. (some flavor text added for fun)
