Details

glandium is rerunning old try pushes with his S3-cache enabled, and wants to get at least some data from AWS machines. I'm going to disable the hardware slaves using slavealloc for a bit.
Disabled 6x b-linux64-hp, 13x bld-centos6-hp, 2x bld-linux64-ix.
Also prefer us-east-1 when launching new instances: https://hg.mozilla.org/build/cloud-tools/rev/5f84d3b2738a
Back to evens for us-west-2 and us-east-1: https://hg.mozilla.org/build/cloud-tools/rev/f5fcdee6b955
Slave re-enabled and rebooted.
