The user is unable to select Ringer and Alerts from Settings/Sound. The picker displays an empty screen - see screenshot

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140121040201
2) Open Settings app
3) Select Sound
4) Tap "Ringer" to select ringer sound
5) tap "Alerts" to select alerts sound

Actual:
The picker is empty, just a white screen 

Expected:
The list of ringer or alerts sounds displays for the user to select

I think this is fixed with the backout that occurred in bug 964805. Can someone confirm?

This issue no longer seems to be occurring on the latest Buri 1.4 build. The picker is populated with several choices and the user is able to select their preferred sound.
