Installed by 'Advanced SystemCare' installer from iobit.com. The add-on only appeared for me after I rebooted my VM, at which point it was enabled without showing about:newaddon.

Looks like a Spigot add-on, like the IObit Apps Toolbar. Just contacted the developer about it.

This is still silently installed by the Vuze installer, along with several other Spigot add-ons.

Just got infected by this again, as a silent side-install from the Media Player Codec Pack installer on c|net.
