I've created a new routing table to access ftp-ssl.mozilla.org over the public internet (rtb-d77190b2). I've associated subnet-subnet-8f32cbe5 with this routing table, which contains a subset of our test machines in us-east-1.
mtr from tst-linux32-ec2-011 (in that subnet) looks like we are going over the public network now for ftp-ssl.mozilla.org.

I've switched all of our test subnets in us-east-1 (10.134.56.0/22 consisting of 8 subnets) to the new routing table. All traffic to ftp-ssl from us-east-1 should be going over the public network.

I've switched all our test subnets in us-west-2 (10.132.56.0/22 consisting of 4 subnets) to the new routing table.
