User Story

As a user, I want the ability to reset my password should I forget what it is when I am asked for it.

Acceptance Criteria:

1a. When being asked for the users password, there is a mechanism by which they can initiate a reset password action. OR
1b. After failing a password challenge (ie; a forced re-auth) the user is presented with an option to initiate a password reset.
(1a or 1b dependant on UX)
2. The password reset flow should redirect to the web where the user can reset their password.
3. After a password rest the user should be able to login to Firefox Accounts using their newly created password.

Assumptions:

Redirect to the web interface for FxA

we need to add a screen on FTE if existing user forgets password. something like this: +------------------------------------+ | | | | | | | | | | | Reset Password | | | |+---------------------------------->| | | | | | You can reset your password | | | | from your phone's network | | | | settings. | | | | | | | | | | | | | |+---------------------------------->| |+---------------------------------+ | || | | || OK | | |+---------------------------------+ | +------------------------------------+ Clicking ok should kick the user out to main the main FTE Telementry screen.
