This will require API keys to be generated on the production MakeAPI. They will then need to be configured for use on the Appmaker server.

I'm not convinced that Appmaker is ready for Production publishing - It has no mechanism yet for the user to define description, add tags, change thumbnail, etc.

App Maker is nearly ready for production MakeAPI publishing. TODO: 1. Webmaker Auth - implemented, needs code review + testing - bug 965941 / https://github.com/mozilla-appmaker/appmaker/issues/1177 2. Fix up published values sent to makeapi (better title, set author field etc) https://github.com/mozilla-appmaker/appmaker/issues/1242 3. Add editurl to published app-makes (although it's not required, and webmaker's /me page just doesn't render an edit button if it's missing) https://github.com/mozilla-appmaker/appmaker/issues/965

@cade: status here? Is this something scott should be looking at since he's working on the publishing pipeline in appmaker?
