Firefox running metro mode requests updates with product MetroFirefox, instead of Firefox. Bug 913307 added support for aurora, and bug 866247 for oak and mozilla-central, in the server config. For beta and release we just need to add a symlink MetroFirefox to Firefox.
Symlink created, and a synthetic request https://aus3.mozilla.org/update/1/MetroFirefox/23.0/20130729175331/WINNT_x86-msvc/bn-IN/beta/update.xml returns the same as Firefox. juanb, could you confirm once we get to 28.0b2 ?
