STR:
1. compose a new message in gmail
2. tap the text body without a keyboard attached
Results: top of the composition text input slides up too far, above the top of the screen, like here: https://bug943069.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8368516

I don't the issue here, the composition body is fully visible. I can see the gray line on top just below the top of the screen.
