Description

1- Receive an e-mail and get notified.
2- Use an app that triggers a notification with a broken link to its icon.
Result N°1: Notification appears with Email's icon.
Then
3- Take a Screenshot.
4- Use an app that triggers a notification with a broken link to its icon.
Result N°2: Notification appears with Gallery's icon on it.

Sure, here's it: https://github.com/anefzaoui/PrayerTimes-FirefoxOS, It's in English, pressing the (misplaced) Geolocation button, bottom left, will trigger the notification. :)

To answer your question from IRC, Yes I can reproduce this on 1.3.

Also,
It seems like it has something to do with appCache..
And I have a suggestion: I think there should be a default notification Icon for such cases ?
Just like Apps' default Icons.. :)
