People in the analyzers group should be able to see whether the response includes an email address on the dashboard without having to click through to the response.

Talked on IRC to Cheng and Matt. Here's the context:
1. we don't want people to see email addresses while shoulder surfing
2. it's beneficial to analyzers to be able to get all the input with email addresses that meet criteria so they can email people and get more information--that's the impetus behind this bug
3. providing the information in a machine readable format lets them use it with tools and tools are good
I'm thinking instead of tweaking the dashboard, we should have a report view in the analyzers section that outputs JSON, CSV, etc. It shouldn't be hard to build since we can reuse bits from elsewhere. Having a new view that's analyers-only rather than trying to do this all with the dashboard makes it easier to prevent privacy-bad screwups.

To clarify, the "report view" could be an identical page just like the existing dashboard, but at a different url and only accessible by people in the analyzer's group.
Further, I think I'm going to fold bug #966426 into this one. Cheng said it's handy to have a "has email" filter. This new report view would have that, too.
Further further, "dashboard" is too general (we have several on the site now) and "report view" is a lousy name. I'm going to rename this new page The Oracle and call it as such henceforth.
So, to summarize I think what we want to implement is the following:
1. new dashboard page called The Oracle that will live at a new url and be analyzer-only
2. the new dashboard page would do all the things the existing dashboard page does
3. the new dashboard page would additionally have a "got email?" filter in the side bar
4. the new dashboard page would also show all the details for responses so you wouldn't have to click through
5. the new dashboard page would let you download the data as a .csv
ccing and needsinfoing Michelle and Hermina for their input. Does this meet your needs? Are there things you need to do that aren't covered by this?

This sounds awesome willkg. I know it will be beneficial for us.
Yes, this sound perfect to me too. Also, will I be able to filter all email addresses of people who wrote us on a certain topic based on kwds?
Example: I want to be able to see all feedback received on Line and Whatsapp and to bulk export all the email addresses of users who wrote us on this topic so that I can send them a bulk notification (to inform all users who complaint about lack of whatsapp&line from marketplace that we now have Line app available).
Will this be possible?
Thanks,
H

Assuming I understand this correctly, the answer is "yes". If the answer turns out to be "no", I'm pretty sure we can fix that in a later iteration.

Turning this into a tracker and putting it in the 2014Q1 target.
Also, Hermina responded, so I'm clearing her needsinfo.

Hi Will, I mentioned this in the Ffos meet up and it would also be nice to add a choice to export which content by country where possible. The nature of the feedback not always being complete may make this difficult, but it would be a nice feature to have.

Changing the title for this tracker to the more general project of creating an analyzer search view with specific features.
Priority: -- → P1

Landed all the bugs that were being tracked here. That covers everything I needed to do here.
Future enhancements should be in different bugs.
