If someone is in the analyzers group, they should be able to see a "has email" filter in the sidebar and that filter should work to filter the results. If the user is not in the analyzers group, then the filter should not show up in the sidebar and providing the filter in the url should have no effect.
Matt: I started working on this yesterday and it'll take me a half-day to finish. This won't show the email addresses in the dashboard. Is this still something we want to do? Or is this sort of thing better served by adding a report that generates .csv or .json which is what bug #966425 is sort of turning into?

Adding whiteboard metadata, but further work on this is blocked on finding out whether this is something we want to do.

Muah-ha-ha! Reopening this and having it block on 966425 (which is now a tracker) and changing it to apply to the new analyzer search view.

Summary: add "has email" filter to dashboard for analyzers → add "has email" filter to analyzer search
This requires: 1. an additional field in the index 2. a facet filter in the sidebar (which might be kind of interesting summary data) 3. handling for the has_email= querystring variable
