The server is not configured to recognise Firefox OS devices as smartphones.

The bug is being filed with pcgamer.com. Our contact provided a little context which is great:

"According to our analytics we get very few visits from the FF OS.  It will
get in the queue and get fixed, but I want to set expectations that it may
not be an imminent fix."

Emailed our contact to mention the other sites by Future with the same issue.

Bugs for the other related sites have been filed internally also.

Bug still exists with this site. Sent an email to our contact to check in.

Quick response from our contact. He's not able to update on the other related bugs, which are run out of the UK office.

PC Gamer is being migrated over to the same platform as GamesRadar.com on Sept 29. GamesRadar.com is a responsive site.

Yep, the site is responsive now -- works great.
