Steps to reproduce:

- Open editor / composer window for new mail.
- Have a string in Windows clipboard, e.g. copied via Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Insert.
- Try to insert string:
   1) via Ctrl-V
   2) via Shift-Insert


Actual results:

1) via Ctrl-V it's copied / inserted.
2) via Shift-Insert nothing happens.


Expected results:

Also Shift-Insert should copy / insert the string, it's Windows standard.

3. Shift + Insert

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
A previous word should be deleted

This is on Windows so I think it's the same as bug 966552.

I can confirm it's working now with current Thunderbird trunk build.
