Attachment: Update to freetype 2.5.2

We're currently on freetype 2.5.0.1. Freetype 2.5.2 was released last month. Rendering should be improved, and some optimizations for ARM thumb2 were added. The attached patch contains the only change to files on our side - the rest of the patch is simply dropping the new freetype2 version in.

Hmm. It's a pity Freetype has decided to add direct support for WOFF-packaged fonts. (If there was a compile-time option to exclude that code, I'd use it.) It's just extra dead weight that we don't need/want, as we rely on OTS to decode WOFF resources.

Still, I guess this is fine (is tryserver happy with it?), though I haven't attempted to actually review the FT code changes. rs=me.
