STR:

See testcase attached. Click on the <select> marked "short" and click on the <select> marked "long".

Expected:

Some kind of visual difference to indicate the long ones comes more than 22 items.

Actual:

Both of them looks the same.

Note:

The non-exist affordance make people confuse with what the drop down can actual do, resulting embarrassing misunderstanding like bug 932691. Maybe this is a dup of bug 402625? The low number of the bug suggests we probably need a temporary fix before the proper one there. Maybe making the 23th item showed a little bit (but cut off), or maybe show the scroll bar when the drop down is shown and fades out.

BTW, this bug start to occurred to me when we removed the static scroll bar.
