1. Tap Contacts App
2. Tap gear icon in upper right for Contact Settings
3. Tap Import Contacts
4. Tap Gmail button
5. Log in, and once the contact list is shown, scroll up/down slowly

EXPECTED
Text and labels appear normally - no duplication, no truncation

ACTUAL"
scrolling down and up slowly, shows the "A" label twice, over the search box and above the contacts.

The video here is very blurry, so I'm having trouble seeing the bug in the video.

Hi Jason, sorry I could not record the video with better quality. To observe the behaviour reported pay attention during second 3 to 4.
