+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #963212 +++
Our Windows 8 Touch ("Metro") app is a major new feature that is not super-obvious to existing users. At some point we'd like to point out the feature to desktop Firefox users on Windows 8 and higher, and teach them a little about it.
Some places we might do this:
* As part of the Australis UI tour (bug 862998)
* As part of a separate "what's new" page, like we did in bug 918107
* As part of a new in-content UI for prompting to set Firefox as the default browser (this is what IE does on Windows 8)
