Filing these individually seems like 10x the work of fixing them:

* menu area header should say "Account Management"
* logged-in menu
  * copy needs to change to "Signed in as <strong>email</strong>"
* logged-out menu
  * add small text: "Create Account or Sign In"
* unverified menu
  * remove the period at the end
  * change small text to include email: "Please verify <strong>email</strong>"

As ferjm pointed out[1], stuff fixed as part of a larger patch should be closed as a dup of that patch.
