Description:
Bulgarian: Call forwarding header and some strings are displayed truncated.
1. "Call forwarding" header
2. "Always use this number" string
3. "Forward when unanswered" string

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140203181708
2) Have Bulgarian set as device language 
3) Open Settings
4) Open Call Settings
5) Select all of the Call Forwarding options one at the time

Actual:
1. "Call forwarding" header is displayed truncated 
2. "Always use this number" string is truncated
3. "Number when unanswered" string is truncated

Expected:
No truncated strings
