Overview Description:

Add marionette test for `join hidden network` in Wi-Fi > Manage networks panel


Steps to Reproduce:
1) run make test-perf APP=settings
2) run make test-integration APP=settings


Actual Results:

No such integration test in Wi-Fi panel


Expected Results:

Write that integration test and make test pass

Currently we can't test this with marionette js, after consideration, we decided to let "gaia ui test" to help us cover this part.
