Environment: 
Device: Google Nexus 7 (Android 4.4.2);
Build: Nightly 30.0a1 (2014-02-04);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start fennec in landscape;
2. Open the tab drawer;
3. Switch to the synced tabs;
4. Change the device orientation to portrait.

Expected result:
The synced tab menu is opened and occupy approx 1/4 of the page.

Actual result:
The synced tab menu is opened and occupy approx 3/4 of the page.

Note:
This is tablet specific since on devices this is the correct behavior.

Looks like a dup of bug 852595 ...
capella's patches for Bug 852595 should make this much better.
