done.

Joel is finished with talos-linux64-ix-003.test.releng.scl3.mozilla.com so vpn access can be revoked on that machine. He will continue using linux32-ix-001.test.releng.scl3.mozilla.com in bug 938644 so please *keep* access for that slave.
