After performing an E.Me search, the user can long press any of the search results and choose to add them to the homescreen. The user is informed that an item has been added to the homescreen. If the user long presses the search result again, they will be told again that the item has been added to the homescreen. The user SHOULD be alerted that the app is already on the homescreen. This issue seems to occur for every app except for twitter, which properly alerts the user that it has already been added to homescreen.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140207004002
2) Launch E.Me and search for 'Social'.
3) Long press on Facebook app.
4) Tap on 'Add to homescreen'.
5) Repeat steps 2-4.

Actual:
The user is again told that the item has been added to the homescreen.

Expected:
The user is told that the item has already been added to the homescreen.

Notes:
Tested this issue on seven separate apps, and Twitter was the only app to display the proper alert.

The item is not actually added to the homescreen multiple times, so the impact of this bug appears to be relatively minor.
