It would be nice to be able to close a bug as "REMIND in X days" with a field to 
enter the 'X' number of days.  When the delay expires, the bug comes back to the 
CONFIRMED state.

It would allow us to get the bugs off the list while waiting for input from the 
reporter or the Working Groups or any other source, or the landing of a big 
feature.

Remotely related: bug 8527. It's about a new status "ASLEEP" for bugs that
depend on something that isn't resolved yet.
